YARC Fox Hunts

Yonkers Amateur Radio Club Fox Hunts are held in beautiful, secnic Tibbetts Brook Park, in Yonkers, New York.

Our hunts are open to Amateurs and Amateur "want to be's". All we ask is that you follow the rules of good radio practice as well as good sportsmanship.

YARC Fox Hunt Location

For the people who don't have equiptment, or have never "hunted" before, we will team you up with a more skilled hunter to learn the game.

People who would like to get their license are encouraged to come talk to the gang and we will give you all the info needed to pass the FCC test which we administer on a monthly basis.

YARC has expirenced Fox Hunters of all ages!

FREE. Please donate to the Yonkers PAL Ham Radio Club education fund. We buy Amateur Radio text books, lend them to future Hams, Mentor & administer the FCC Exam.
After they pass the test they trade the text book in for the next class of license book!
