Passing your FCC Amateur Radio exam is the fashionable thing to do this summer.
Get your license, join the ARRL,
and a local club (any local club near you... we belong to Three local clubs and the ARRL), then just start chating
with your new radio club friends!

Remember to study for the Amateur Class of license above the one you are testing for. When
you pass the exam, the next class exam (at the same session) is given at no charge! This means for the $15.00 test fee
you can go from not being licensed, to holding an Amateur Extra class license... So Study!
